Why We Built This Site
Kentucky gives the public access to many court and public records, subject to rules such as KRS 61.870, KRS 61.872, KRS 61.878, and court confidentiality limits. The hard part in Fleming County is figuring out which office holds the file. The Circuit Court Clerk handles Circuit Court and District Court case records at the Fleming County Judicial Center. The County Clerk handles recorded instruments, marriage records, eCCLIX access, and other county recording work at 100 Court Square. The Sheriff and Fiscal Court use different channels for law-enforcement and county administrative records.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site. We have no connection to any Fleming County court, Kentucky court, clerk's office, sheriff's office, Fiscal Court office, or state agency. There are real limits to what we can help with:
- We cannot file paperwork or send records requests on your behalf
- We cannot issue certified copies of any court document or vital record
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every Fleming County phone number, fee, schedule, or address listed on this site is current right now
Only the issuing Kentucky court, Fleming County Circuit Court Clerk, County Clerk, or other government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal.
Search Partners
Some pages on this site include search boxes powered by third-party providers. Those companies set their own pricing and run their own services. When a visitor uses one of those tools and it leads to a paid signup, we may earn a referral fee. We do not control what those tools charge or what shows up in their results, and they are separate from official Fleming County and Kentucky court sources.
